And when I tell them I only met the couple when they booked me, I usually get a few surprised looks! 😂
I think it's the banter, the daft jokes, the laughs and the fact that I'm not afraid to get stuck in and help wherever I can. I want you to feel comfortable around me, have a laugh with me, and forget there's even a camera pointed at you half the time.

Why I Chose Wedding Photography (Apart From the Free Cake)
Honestly, I got into wedding photography because apparently having a normal job wasn't stressful enough.
Where else can you find grown adults crying, nan throwing shapes on the dance floor, the best man telling stories that absolutely should have stayed private, and someone inevitably getting leathered before the evening buffet?
But jokes aside, I've always been someone who loves making people happy. If I can help someone, put a smile on their face, make their day a little easier, or go out of my way to do something kind, I'll do it. I'm probably the sort of person who'd help you move house and somehow end up assembling your wardrobe too.
That's a massive part of why I love what I do. I get to be part of one of the happiest days in people's lives, capture the moments they might otherwise miss, and give them something they'll treasure for years to come.
I'm not just there to take pretty pictures. If I can calm your nerves, have a laugh with your family, help when things aren't going to plan, or make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, I'm all in.
And yes, I'll still be dodging drunk uncles, chasing rogue children and pretending I haven't eaten three slices of wedding cake.
Because making people happy, helping where I can, and preserving memories that last a lifetime? That's the real reason I do this.
The cake is just a very welcome bonus.
